Why did you decide to read this book?
I am looking for types of books that are relatively easy to read and also meaningful about life. Then I found the book " A Short Guide to a Happy Life by Anna Quindlen"  I was initially attracted to the book's cover. The title also fits the kind of interest I wanted to read about.
Were you glad that you decided to read it? Explain.
Of course, from there I learned something enduring, in a very short period of time, about life. And that was that it was glorious, and that you had no business taking it for granted." But how to live from that perspective, to fully engage in our days? In A Short Guide to a Happy Life, Quindlen guides us with an understanding that comes from knowing how to see the view, the richness in living.
What did you like best about this book?
The quotes and few sentncee that have in its books like for example.. “All of us want to do well, but if we do not do good too then doing well will never be enough.”
“Knowledge of our own mortality is the greatest gift God gives us.”
What did you like least?Would you recommend this book to a friend? Explain
In terms of language, since this is not in Indonesian, I might think it over again before directly recommending it to a close friend. However, the story and the life lessons in the book are very meaningful and beautiful.
On a scale of 1-10, how difficult was this book for you? (1 = easy, 10 = difficult) Why?
It seems that the number 7 will be fitting, because each book has its own uniqueness and, in my opinion, the book A Short Guide to a Happy Life by Anna Quindlen has a deep meaning about how important our lives are and to always be grateful and appreciate every moment in our lives.
